Job summary

TALENT RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Junior Evaluator – Library Evaluator to maintain the fragrance library, manage samples and records, and evaluate fragrances for projects and launches.

You will collaborate with Senior Evaluators and Perfumers to develop olfactive strategies, provide feedback, and support cross-functional teams. Strong presentation and time-management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Perfumery, Chemistry or related field.
• Minimum 3 years fragrance evaluation experience.
• Experience in fragrance development and client interactions.
• Strong passion for fragrances and sensory evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage the fragrance library, including fragrance samples and records.
• Evaluate fragrances for projects, product applications, stability and new product launches.
• Support fragrance projects and timelines in collaboration with Senior Evaluators and Perfumers.
• Develop suitable olfactive strategies and provide evaluation feedback and recommendations.
• Work with Perfumers, Evaluators and cross-functional teams on fragrance development.
• Support sensory panel evaluations and customer presentations when required.
• Monitor fragrance market trends, product launches and consumer preferences across Asia Pacific.
• Assist with consumer test result analysis and market research activities.
• Maintain accurate project records and complete assigned tasks on time.

Requirements

• Comfortable working with Perfumers, Evaluators, customers and cross-functional teams.
