Job summary

HP Additive Manufacturing (3D) Operations in Singapore is seeking a Supply Chain Ops Lead to manage Turnkey and GTK parts, coordinating with supplier factories and Printer Procurement to ensure parts availability for NPI and current products. You will influence R&D/Ops and drive materials AOS improvement across internal teams and manufacturing partners.

You will lead cross-functional efforts to sustain 100% uptime and on-time shipping, while managing costs and inventory through strategic actions

Qualifications

• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Typically 4–7 years of work experience in Supply Chain or related field.

Responsibilities

• Support new 3D NPI printer product industrialization with timely parts availability.
• Support current product business for factory parts availability for production.
• Drive/ influence teams to resolve parts specs issues timely for production.
• Act as focal/escalation point for Manufacturing Partner factory on materials AOS.
• Manage/enforce accountability on parts/commodity owners to resolve AOS issues and sustain production uptime.
• Collaborates with Printer Procurement on GTK parts/commodity owners to resolve AOS/quality issues quickly.
• Manage/drive Mpa Supply Chain team on TK parts/commodity AOS/quality issues timely resolution.
• Ensure cost-efficiency by driving for lower costs or mitigation strategies for headwinds.
• Review and manage down factory materials inventory through strategic MOQs and purchasing approaches.
• Communicate with management and partners on Supply Chain initiatives for Operations improvement.
• Contribute to Costs, Quality and Delivery metrics.
