Job summary

HP Singapore is seeking a Supply Chain Ops Lead to oversee materials, AOS, and factory readiness for the 3D Printing business. The role covers Turnkey and GTK parts for NPI and Current Product/Service Spares, coordinating with manufacturing partners and internal teams to ensure timely shipments and performance metrics.

You will drive cost-conscious decisions, manage supplier relationships, and lead cross-functional efforts to maintain 100% uptime and on-time delivery while optimizing inventory

Qualifications

• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in Supply Chain related field or with 3-5 years of experience at an advanced degree.

Responsibilities

• Support new NPI printer product industrialization with timely parts availability.
• Support 3D Current Product parts availability for production requirements (printers, accessories, service).
• Drive/ influence partners to resolve parts specs issues for production.
• Act as focal/escalation point for Manufacturing Partner factory on materials AOS.
• Manage/drive supplier performance to sustain 100% uptime and on-time shipment.
• Collaborate with Printer Procurement on GTK parts/commodity owners to resolve AOS/quality issues.
• Review and manage inventory levels through strategic MOQ adjustments and purchasing options.
