Job summary

HP in Singapore is seeking a Print Operations Inkjet Product Engineer to coordinate internal and external development with manufacturing partners, from NPI through end of lifecycle. You will design solutions across mechanical, electrical, and software domains while ensuring cost effectiveness and high reliability.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of hands-on experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with 3D CAD software.

Qualifications

Minimum 2–4 years of hands-on engineering experience within product development or operations.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or an equivalent field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Good understanding of material properties, hardware and electrical component design is a plus.
Experience with 3D CAD software and data visualization; programming experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and lead internal and outsourced development activities with manufacturing partners and suppliers.
Develop and validate designs and test plans across mechanical, electrical, and software domains.
Identify and drive corrective actions to improve quality, efficiency, and costs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with HP standards.
