Job summary

Yellow Ribbon is seeking a skilled 2D/3D Drafter to support construction projects in Singapore. You will prepare accurate drawings and construction documentation, with emphasis on 2D/3D drafting, shop drawings, and BIM coordination as needed.

You will work with project managers, engineers and site teams to ensure drawings meet requirements, incorporate design changes, and maintain records using AutoCAD or Revit according to local practices.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualification in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Building, Drafting or a related discipline.
• 2D/3D drafting experience in Singapore's construction industry.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Good understanding of Singapore drawings and site requirements.
• Able to interpret architectural, structural and engineering drawings.
• Familiar with shop drawing preparation, coordination, and as-built documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and update 2D drawings and 3D models for construction projects.
• Produce architectural, structural and construction detail drawings using AutoCAD and other drafting software.
• Prepare and revise shop drawings, coordination drawings and as-built drawings.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants and site teams to meet requirements.
• Review drawings to identify discrepancies and coordination issues.
• Incorporate design changes and site feedback into drawings promptly.
• Maintain drawing records, revisions and documentation.
• Assist with BIM modelling and coordination where applicable.
