Job summary

V3 Construction Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a CAD Drafter to prepare and revise detailed technical drawings using CAD software. You will collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of design documentation.

The role requires 1–2 years of drafting experience in construction, proficiency in AutoCAD, and familiarity with SolidWorks or Revit as a plus. Independent and team-oriented work will be valued at V3 Construction.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in engineering or a related field.
• 1–2 years of drafting experience in construction or related industries.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of SolidWorks and Revit is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed technical drawings, plans, and layouts based on specifications, sketches, or instructions from engineers or project managers.
• Apply drafting standards, guidelines, and industry best practices to create accurate technical drawings.
• Use AutoCAD software to produce precise drawings with correct dimensions, annotations, and symbols.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including drawings, schedules, and material lists for construction or manufacturing.
• Revise drawings as directed by project managers or design professionals to accommodate design changes or resolve issues.
• Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and management to clarify design requirements and coordinate drafting activities.
• Perform quality checks on drawings to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with design standards and project specifications.
• Organize and maintain electronic and physical drawing files to ensure easy retrieval and version control.
• Execute ad hoc tasks assigned by superiors or management.
