Job summary
AMS Reliance Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a competent Architectural Draughtsman to support our building and construction projects. The successful candidate will prepare, review and update architectural drawings and technical documentation to support planning, coordination and construction activities.
The role requires proficiency in AutoCAD 2D, with knowledge of AutoCAD 3D, Revit or BIM. You will coordinate with project teams, attend site inspections and ensure drawings comply with Singapore
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture is required.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in architectural drafting or construction-related technical drawing work.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D drafting is essential.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD 3D, Revit or BIM software will be an added advantage.
- Good understanding of architectural drawings, construction detailing and site construction practices.
Responsibilities
- Prepare architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections and construction details using AutoCAD.
- Develop and revise interior drawings, working drawings and as-built drawings.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants and site supervisors on drawing requirements and revisions.
- Maintain drawing registers, revision records and technical documentation.
- Conduct site visits to verify dimensions and construction progress.
