The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd in Tuas, Singapore, is seeking an experienced drafter to review and interpret architectural, structural, M&E and interior drawings. You will produce and verify detailed shop drawings, cutting lists, and installation details, coordinating with procurement and overseas suppliers to ensure timely material delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Review and interpret architectural, structural, M&E drawings and interior design drawings.
• Produce and verify detailed shop drawings, cutting lists, and installation details.
• Prepare and track shop drawings and technical submissions
• Advise on marble and natural stone buildability, veining continuity, and edge profiling.
• Coordinate with procurement teams and overseas suppliers to arrange stone sourcing, quality inspections, and material delivery schedules.
• Ensure strict adherence to material specifications (e.g., grade, finish, sizing, and anti-stain treatments).
• Act as the primary liaison between the project team, main contractors, and internal/external installation specialists.
