Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Architectural Project Coordinator in Singapore to manage and coordinate the full project lifecycle from client brief through to completion.

The role requires strong drawing interpretation, CAD proficiency and cross-functional liaison across local and overseas teams. Working hours are 9am–6pm, Monday to Friday, with on-site duties at Ubi. You will liaise with architects, designers and contractors to ensure design intent is achieved and project

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in architecture, architectural design, interior design, interior architecture, construction, engineering or related discipline.
• Candidates with architectural/design background preferred.
• Experience in architectural design, interior design, project coordination, construction, technical coordination or system integration preferred.
• Experience working with architects, consultants, contractors, developers or construction teams advantageous.
• Strong ability to read and understand architectural drawings, CAD drawings, shop drawings and technical documentation.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, CAD or other relevant software advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate projects from client requirements, design development, production, installation, testing and commissioning through to project completion.
• Serve as primary liaison between Singapore clients, internal project teams and overseas design/technical teams; ensure requirements are understood and implemented.
• Coordinate with overseas team on design development, drawings, specifications and installation methods; ensure solutions meet project requirements.
• Review and coordinate architectural drawings, CAD drawings, SketchUp models and design proposals.
• Work with architects, interior designers, consultants, contractors, suppliers and subcontractors to coordinate design and project requirements.
• Conduct site surveys and assessments, coordinate site activities and monitor progress to ensure works follow approved designs.
• Maintain effective communication with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, overseas teams and internal departments.
• Prepare regular progress updates, coordination reports and issue tracking to management.
• Keep up to date with architectural design, interior design, construction, engineering and technology developments.

• Work closely with architects, interior designers, consultants, contractors, suppliers and subcontractors to coordinate design and project requirements.
• Conduct site surveys and site assessments, coordinate site activities and monitor project progress to ensure works are carried out according to approved designs and specifications.
• Monitor project schedules, coordinate project deliverables and follow up with internal and external parties to ensure timely completion.
• Identify and resolve design, technical, coordination and site issues, escalating matters to the relevant team when required.
• Provide coordination and technical support throughout design development, production, installation, testing, commissioning, handover and client training where applicable.
• Ensure design intent and client requirements are properly communicated from the Singapore team to the Overseas-based design and technical teams.
• Coordinate design revisions and ensure updated drawings and documents are properly reviewed and issued.
• Maintain effective communication with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, Overseas teams and internal departments.
• Prepare and provide regular project progress updates, coordination reports and issue tracking to management.
• Keep up to date with relevant architectural design, interior design, construction, engineering and technology developments.
• Able to understand client requirements and translate them into clear architectural, design and technical instructions for the project team.
• Strong attention to detail with good understanding of design coordination, materials, construction methods and site requirements.
• Willing to conduct site visits and travel to project sites when required.
