Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Patient Service Associate to join one of our clinics in Singapore.

You will be the first point of contact, handling enquiries and cashiering at front desk, and ensuring smooth patient flow. You will provide administrative and logistical support, coordinate with doctors and staff, and perform ad hoc duties as required. The role requires a friendly demeanor and attention to detail, with rotating shifts at Parkway East Hospital and Mount E Orchard as

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in clinic.
• Experience with Plato software is an advantage.

• Handle front desk related matters such as customer enquiries and cashiering.
• Provide administrative and logistical support to the clinic
• Ad hoc duties assigned by Supervisor.
• Other duties assigned by the doctor as required.

Job description

• Monday to Friday 830am - 5pm
• Saturday 830am - 1pm
• Location (rotating): Parkway East Hospital (Mainly), rotate to Mount E Orchard when required
• $2000 - $3300 (depend on exp)
