Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Patient Service Associate for our clinics.

You will handle front desk duties, customer enquiries, and cashiering, while providing essential administrative and logistical support to the clinic. This role involves coordination with doctors and Supervisors to ensure smooth patient flow and service delivery. Monday to Friday 8:30am-5pm, with Saturday mornings, at Parkway East Hospital (Mainly) and occasional rotation to Mount E Orchard.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in a clinic.
• Experience with Plato software is an advantage.

Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5pm, Saturday 8:30am - 1pm

Location: Parkway East Hospital (Mainly), rotate to Mount E Orchard when required

Salary: $2000 - $3300 (depending on experience)
