Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. seeks a customer-focused store operator to handle enquiries, manage grooming appointments and keep pet owners informed. You will recommend suitable services and ensure a smooth, friendly experience for customers.

In this role, you will lead daily store operations, coordinate appointments, maintain records, ensure hygiene and safety standards, and support the team during busy periods to hit outlet targets. 5-day weeks in River Valley, Singapore.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant working experience.
• Strong customer communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to manage appointments and oversee daily store operations.

• Recommend suitable grooming services and packages based on each pet's needs.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve concerns professionally.
• Coordinate daily appointments and ensure smooth workflow within the team.
• Maintain accurate customer records and service instructions.
• Ensure compliance with store procedures, hygiene standards and safe pet-handling practices.
• Provide hands-on support during busy periods.
• Guide team members on daily priorities and service standards.
• Support staff training and promote effective teamwork.
• Assist in achieving the outlet's sales and service targets.
• Take ownership of operational issues and ensure timely follow-up.

Working Days: 5 days per week

Working Hours:

Wednesday - Saturday: 9:00am - 7:00pm

Sunday: 9:00am - 6:00pm

Off Days: Monday & Tuesday

Working Location: River Valley

Your Role
