Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is hiring an Assistant Store Manager for a busy pet grooming store in River Valley, Singapore. You will handle customer enquiries, manage appointments, and ensure owners are updated on services.

You will recommend grooming packages based on each pet's needs, coordinate daily store operations, maintain accurate records, uphold hygiene standards, and support the team during peak periods to drive sales and service quality.

Assistant Store Manager (Pet Grooming)

Salary: $3,000 – $4,000 + AWS + Performance Bonus

Working Days: 5 days per week

Working Hours:

• Wednesday - Saturday: 9:00am – 7:00pm

• Sunday: 9:00am – 6:0pm

• Off Days: Monday & Tuesday

Working Location: River Valley

Your Role

• Handle customer enquiries, manage appointments and keep pet owners updated.

• Recommend suitable grooming services and packages based on each pet's needs.

• Handle customer feedback and resolve concerns professionally.

Manage Daily Store Operations

• Coordinate daily appointments and ensure smooth workflow within the team.

• Maintain accurate customer records and service instructions.

• Ensure compliance with store procedures, hygiene standards and safe pet-handling practices.

• Provide hands-on support during busy periods.

Lead and Support the Team

• Guide team members on daily priorities and service standards.

• Support staff training and promote effective teamwork.

• Assist in achieving the outlet's sales and service targets.

• Take ownership of operational issues and ensure timely follow-up.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant working experience.
