Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced customer service and operations role at our River Valley outlet. The position focuses on coordinating grooming services and maintaining strong client communication to ensure a smooth daily workflow.

You will handle enquiries, book appointments, update pet owners, and help achieve sales targets while upholding hygiene and service standards. This role requires hands-on support during busy periods and teamwork across staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant working experience.

• Handle customer enquiries, manage appointments and keep pet owners updated.
• Recommend suitable grooming services and packages based on each pet's needs.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve concerns professionally.
• Coordinate daily appointments and ensure smooth workflow within the team.
• Maintain accurate customer records and service instructions.
• Ensure compliance with store procedures, hygiene standards and safe pet-handling practices.
• Provide hands-on support during busy periods.
• Guide team members on daily priorities and service standards.
• Support staff training and promote effective teamwork.
• Assist in achieving the outlet's sales and service targets.
• Take ownership of operational issues and ensure timely follow-up.

Job description

Salary: $3,000 - $4,000 + AWS + Performance Bonus

Working Days: 5 days per week

Working Hours:
Monday, Tuesday, Friday & Saturday: 9:00am - 7:00pm
Sunday: 9:00am - 6:00pm

Off Days: Wednesday & Thursday

Working Location: River Valley
