Job summary

Candidates should have a diploma/certification in relevant fields and at least two years in 24x7 environments, with strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or certification in relevant fields.
• At least two years in data centres or 24x7 environments.
• Ability to work shifts, including weekends/holidays.
• Understanding of electrical and mechanical data centre systems.
• Proficient in network and server hardware troubleshooting.
• Working knowledge of physical IT infrastructure components.
• Experience with monitoring and ticketing tools.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Able to work effectively under direction.

Responsibilities

• Monitor tier-1 network and data centre health.
• Respond to incidents and log tickets to resolution.
