Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in IT/CS or related field.
• 2+ years of hands-on IT operations or Command Center experience.
• Familiarity with Mainframe, AS/400, UNIX/Linux, Windows.
• Working experience in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work as a team under pressure.
• Willingness to work 12-hour rotating shifts as per pattern.

Responsibilities

• Monitor 24x7 operations and helpdesk in Data Centre across multi-platform systems.
• React to exceptions and manage incidents according to SOPs.
• Perform job submission, backups, recovery, and restart per SOP.
• Maintain incident logs for software, hardware, and applications.
• Escalate issues to higher levels per procedures.
