Job summary
EVVO LABS PTE. LTD. is seeking an Operations Centre Engineer in Singapore to monitor enterprise and government environments, respond to incidents, and ensure service availability across cloud, networking, and security platforms.
You will work with Service Delivery and Engineering teams to deliver proactive operational support, conduct preventive maintenance, and maintain accurate incident documentation.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity or equivalent.
- 1–5 years of IT Operations, NOC, SOC or Managed Services experience
- Good understanding of Windows, Networking and Microsoft environments and cybersecurity technologies
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Good communication skills
- Willing to work rotating shifts (where required)
Responsibilities
- Monitor enterprise and government infrastructure and cybersecurity platforms.
- Respond to alerts and incidents.
- Investigate system anomalies.
- Perform diagnosis and troubleshooting.
- Escalate incidents where necessary.
- Log and manage incidents through the ITSM platform.
- Coordinate with internal technical teams and principal vendors.
- Restore services within agreed timelines.
- Keep customers updated throughout the incident lifecycle.
- Daily system health checks, backups, and capacity monitoring.
- Document incident reports, shift handovers, and operational documentation.
