Job summary

5 STONES HRM PTE. LTD. is seeking a diligent DC Operations Associate to support large-scale data centre infrastructure in Defu or Loyang. The role requires hands-on monitoring, incident escalation, and coordination with contractors to keep services running 24x7.

You will document requests in the ticketing system, uphold ITIL processes, and assist with audits and reports. Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications are welcome, with on-call standby as needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Computing, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 1 year of 24x7 DC or facilities operations experience, or fresh graduate with relevant qualifications.
• General knowledge of M&E and network critical infrastructure.
• Broad knowledge of DC facilities systems (PDUs, UPS, DC Rectifiers, DRUPS, CRAUs, DX cooling, fire protections).

Responsibilities

• Monitor data centre infrastructure 24x7 and respond to incidents.
• Act as Level 1 escalation point for on-site incidents and handle remote requests within SLA.
• Document requests and incidents in the internal ticketing system accurately.
• Deliver ITIL compliance for incident, problem and change management.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors; inspect completed work.
• Plan and support preventive and reactive maintenance with minimal service disruption.
• Participate in audits and generate required reports.
• Perform other duties or projects as assigned by Management.
