Job summary

LYNEER CORP (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a production support professional for rotational 24/7 duties in a banking environment.

You will handle incident/problem management, monitor production systems, and ensure SLA adherence while resolving performance and reliability issues across the stack. Applicants should have 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices, and working experience in Windows/Unix environments.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years hands-on experience troubleshooting full-stack applications.
• Experience in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
• Experience in Banking or Anti‑Money Laundering domains.
• Production support in Windows and Unix environments.

Responsibilities

• Willing to work in shifts to provide rotational 24/7 support.
• Has experience or knowledge on Incident and Problem management.
• Health check and monitoring production system and job scheduling to ensure SLA is met.
• Troubleshoot and solve production issues related to performance and reliability across the stack.
• Proactively identify bottlenecks and work to resolve before they become problems.
• Continuous improvement of the system, e.g. job automation, performance tuning.
• Identify and fix bugs as needed.
• Perform code packaging end to end until release to Production; maintenance by Production team.
