Job summary

MAXHUNT RESOURCE PTE. LTD. at Commonwealth Secondary School invites applications for the Student Manager role for a fixed-term contract from 1 February 2027 to 31 January 2028.

The position requires strong classroom and campus presence, student supervision, and collaboration with teachers. The salary ranges from SG$2,500 to SG$3,300 per month. Working hours include schooldays Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 7:00am–4:00pm (30-minute lunch) and Tuesday 7:00am–3:30pm (30-minute lunch).

Qualifications

• Full GCE O-Level or N-Level certificate, or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Three years of experience working in a school setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Patrol the school compound and nearby vicinity before, during, and after school hours to maintain student orderliness.
• Maintain discipline during recess and lunch breaks; support teachers with classroom management and provide interim student supervision.
• Manage late-coming, attire and hair checks; analyze and track late-coming data using appropriate software.
• Act as a contact point for parents on student-management matters when required.
• Assist the Student Management Committee with preliminary investigations.
• Manage detention and suspension from class, and follow up with students who do not comply.
• Help students resolve conflicts through restorative practices.
• Enter student-management data and assist with administrative duties during school holidays and term breaks.
• Support school safety, including directing traffic, and carry out other duties assigned by School Leaders, HODs, Year Heads and the Administration Manager.

Personnel to be deployed atthe following hours:

• Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays andgazetted public holidays.
