Job summary

Seacare Manpower Services Pte Ltd is seeking a School Safety/Support Assistant to help supervise students, maintain discipline, and support teachers in a school environment in Singapore.

The role involves patrols, liaison with parents, and handling disciplinary processes with restorative practices, requiring good communication and teamwork in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE O-Level or N-Level certificate, or equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Preferably 3 years of relevant experience in a school environment.
• Enjoy working with students and demonstrate initiative.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Patrol the school compound and nearby areas to maintain student safety and order.

• Support teachers with classroom management and student supervision.
• Manage latecoming, attire checks, detention and suspension.
• Liaise with parents on student management matters.
• Assist with preliminary investigations and student conflict resolution using restorative practices.
• Monitor students with behavioural issues and track latecoming data.
• Maintain incident reports, student records and related documentation.
• Support school safety operations, including traffic management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Duration/Working Hours:

1 year (Feb 2027 to Jan 2028)

Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays: 7:00 am to 4.00 pm, inclusive of 30 minutes lunch break
Tuesdays and Fridays: 7:00 am to 3.30 pm, inclusive of 30 minutes lunch break

Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
