Job summary

CPF Board in Singapore invites a motivated intern in Communications/Graphic Design to join #TeamCPF and support leadership communications initiatives. You will craft materials, curate learning resources, and produce microlearning content for leaders, while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-moving public sector environment.

The role runs January 2027 to June 2027 as a full-time internship with a hybrid work model, flexible dress code, and access to a comprehensive rewards package including

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Degree in Communications, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Experience with creating clear and engaging materials.
• Familiar with Canva or similar content creation tools.
• Interested in learning and development topics.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop communications materials for leadership language and initiatives.
• Research and curate learning resources tailored to supervisors at different levels.
• Create microlearning content such as short videos and interactive slides.
• Enhance and maintain the leadership portal for supervisors.

What you will be working on

• Design and develop communications materials to help supervisors understand CPF Board's leadership language and initiatives, including topics such as Generative Leadership and new leadership competencies.
• Research and curate learning resources tailored to supervisors at different levels, ensuring content is relevant, accessible, and aligned with leadership competencies.
• Create microlearning content such as short videos and interactive slides to support bite-sized, engaging learning experiences for leaders.
• Enhance and maintain the leadership portal to ensure it remains a useful and up-to-date resource for supervisors.
• Assist in the planning and implementation of leadership programmes and related events.

What are we looking for

• Currently pursuing a Degree in Communications, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Experienced in or familiar with graphic design and visual communication, with the ability to create clear and engaging materials.
• Familiar with content creation tools such as Canva or similar platforms.
• Interested in learning and development or organisational development topics.
• Communicates clearly, both in speaking and writing.
• Keeps work organised and pays attention to detail.
• Works well independently and with others, takes initiative without needing constant supervision.

Position is on a full-time internship basis from January 2027 to June 2027.
