Job summary

Central Provident Fund Board (CPF) in Singapore is offering a full-time internship from December 2026 to August 2027. You will join the Service Strategy, Analytics & Resource Management team to drive data-driven service excellence and AI-enabled insights.

What you will be working on:

The Service & Learning Excellence Department (SLD) is committed to driving service excellence in CPF Board, enhancing its productivity and service innovation. SLD plays an instrumental role in designing effective service strategies and initiatives (includes people, systems, technology, processes initiatives), strengthening the knowledge and service capability of the service work force, with the purpose of enhancing CPFB's overall customer experience and internal service culture in an Easy, Effective, Empathetic and Empowering manner.You will be joining the Service Strategy, Analytics & Resource Management team who drives data-driven and AIenabled service excellence through actionable insights and a strong data ecosystem.

• Leverage data analytics to conduct in-depth analyses of customer demand patterns, sentiments and behaviours to drive business decisions.
• Learn to develop suitable frameworks for data projects.
• Learn to develop suitable recommendations on identified issues.
• Get an opportunity to work closely with stakeholders to introduce initiatives that would support the transformation of service delivery.
• Apply GenAI techniques to analyse ground sensing feedback and suggestion, identify service gaps and emerging needs and derive insights or opportunities on improving customer

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field with strong proficiency in Python.
• Has experience with GenAI tools and applications.
• Possesses a strong interest in data and a desire to gain experience in data and project management processes.
• Communicates clearly, both in speaking and writing.
• Willing to adapt and learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive and self-motivated with a desire to take on new challenges.
• Works well independently and with others, takes initiative without needing constant supervision.

A 15-minute coding task will be assigned during the interview. Applicants may use chat-based Gen AI tools (eg: ChatGPT, Gemini and Copilot) for assistance but must explain their approach and demonstrate understanding of the code. Details on the task will be sent to applicants about 30 minutes prior to the interview. Position is on a full-time internship basis from December 2026 to August 2027.
