Job summary

Central Provident Fund Board is offering a full-time internship with the Home Protection and Education Department to support the Education Loan Scheme. You will assist on project activities, stakeholder coordination, and operational administration, contributing to data-driven improvements.

We seek a diploma student with strong MS Office skills, interest in project management, and the ability to work both independently and within teams in a fast-paced environment during January 2027 to June 2027.

Responsibilities

  • Support development and implementation of key initiatives under Education Loan Scheme.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders and perform operational administration.
  • Assist with UAT, system testing, and documenting requirements.
  • Support cross-functional teams and participate in project meetings.
  • Assist with case management and ongoing administrative duties.
  • Contribute to understanding scheme policies and processes.

What you will be working on:

The Home Protection and Education Department (HED) administers the Education Loan Scheme, which allows members to use their Ordinary Account savings to finance their dependants’ subsidised tuition fees at Approved Educational Institutions. As an intern, you will support the CPF Education Loan Scheme through project implementation, stakeholder coordination, and operational administration.

In this role, you will:

  • Support the development and implementation of key initiatives, including the Educational Financial Loan Planner and the Education Loan Self-Assessment Questionnaire (SAQ).
  • Assist with project activities such as User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and system testing, user journey reviews, feedback collection, requirements gathering and documentation, data analysis, research and benchmarking, survey administration and analysis, as well as project coordination and implementation.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including digital services and IT teams, and participate in discussions and project meetings to support ongoing initiatives.
  • Document meeting discussions, track action items, and follow up with stakeholders as required.
  • Support the administration of the CPF Education Loan Scheme, including applications, repayments, and enforcement follow-up.
  • Assist with case management and other operational processes.
  • Participate in operational activities and discussions to gain a deeper understanding of the scheme’s policies, processes, and administration.

  • Currently pursuing a diploma in Business or a related field.

Position is on a full-time internship basis from January 2027 to June 2027.
