Central Provident Fund Board is offering a full-time internship from January 2027 to May 2027 in Singapore, focusing on DPS & HPS claims processing. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Draft professional responses to enquiries from CPF members and stakeholders, explaining policy coverage and submission requirements.
• Leverage technologies, including AI and machine learning, to enhance DPS & HPS claim workflows and decision-making.

What you will be working on:

Our claims section plays a pivotal role in providing basic financial protection to CPF members via the life insurance schemes - Dependants' Protection Scheme (DPS) and Home Protection Scheme (HPS). As DPS & HPS Claims Intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with this dynamic team and contribute to efforts in helping CPF members to protect against the loss of their flats and to have peace of mind.

In this role, you will:

• Process insurance claims according to established procedures, ensure accuracy and compliance with policy terms. This includes determining adequacy of claim documentation, verifying coverage details, and settling payout with mortgagees whilst maintaining service standards.
• Compile statistical data related to claims processing and other key performance indicators. This includes preparing regular reports and explaining variances to management.
• Draft professional responses to enquiries from CPF members and other stakeholders. This includes explaining policy coverage, claim decisions, and providing clear guidance on submission requirements.
• Leverage advanced technologies, including generative AI and machine learning, to enhance DPS & HPS claim workflows and improve decision-making.
