GMP Technologies in Singapore seeks a Project Executive / Assistant Manager to coordinate digital health and data initiatives. You will liaise with clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders, support system implementations, and contribute to informatics workflows and quality improvement.

The role requires 2–3 years of project management or coordination experience, preferably in healthcare, with a degree in IT or related fields.

Qualificações

• Support management of operational datasets for reporting and quality improvement.
• Ensure data quality and documentation of data workflows and governance.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as point of contact for digital systems enquiries, informatics workflows, and enhancement requests
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and enterprise IT teams on system changes, updates, and workplans
• Support system implementation, user discussions, workflow optimisation, testing, and change management
• Assist in requirements gathering and coordination of digital/informatics solutions
• Provide project coordination support including planning, scheduling, meeting organisation, and tracking of action items
• Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and documentation (e.g. project plans, risk registers, reports)
• Support management and documentation of operational datasets for reporting, service planning, and quality improvement
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and proper documentation of data workflows and governance practices
• Support cross-institution and multi-stakeholder digital healthcare initiatives
• Assist in quality assurance, process improvement, and system/workflow optimisation
• Act as liaison between clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders; prepare reports and presentations

Requirements:

• Degree in IT, Business Analytics, Engineering, Health Informatics or related
• 2 to 3 years of project management or programme coordination experience, preferably within healthcare, digital health, or informatics environments
• Experience in supporting system implementations, digital systems, IT projects, or data-related initiatives
