Job summary

Anglo-Chinese School (Barker Road) is seeking a Cleaning Supervisor via Maxhunt Resource Pte Ltd to oversee daily cleaning operations and lead a team of staff across the campus, including concert halls and gyms.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily cleaning operations and lead a team of cleaning staff, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and safety are maintained across the school campus.
• Manage and oversee all key access to locations and facilities within the campus
• Liaise and coordinate with Campus Manager on cleaning duties, work arrangements and event-related cleaning requirements
• Maintain the cleanliness of all campus premises at all times, including the concert hall, auditorium, drama theatre, sports hall, swimming pool, changing rooms, and toilets
• Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of all campus facilities such as the Concert Hall, Auditorium, Drama Theatre, Music Studio, Sports Hall, Swimming Pool, and related areas

Name of Authority: Anglo-Chinese School (Barker Road)

Contract Period: From 1 November 2026 to 31 October 2027

Personnel to be deployed at the following hours based on duty roster:

• Mondays to Fridays: (inclusive of lunch break)
• 7:00am to 4:00pm
• 8:00am to 5:00pm
• 9:00am to 6:00pm
• 10:00am to 7:00pm
• Saturdays:
• 8:00am to 12:00pm / 12:00pm to 4:00pm
• Sundays:
• 12:00pm to 4:00pm

Requirements:

• Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in a similar capacity.

Job Scopes:

The Services required are set out as follows:

1. Oversee daily cleaning operations and lead a team of cleaning staff, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and safety are maintained across the school campus.
2. Manage and oversee all key access to locations and facilities within the campus
3. Liaise and coordinate with Campus Manager on cleaning duties, work arrangements and event-related cleaning requirements
4. To maintain the cleanliness of all campus premises at all times, encompassing the concert hall, auditorium, drama theatre, sports hall, swimming pool, changing rooms, and associated toilet facilities.
5. Ensuring the cleanliness and tidiness of all campus facilities, which includes the following areas:
   • Concert Hall, Auditorium, Drama Theatre, Music Studio, Sports Hall, Swimming Pool, Swimming Pool Changing Rooms and Toilets
