Job summary

Activate Interactive Pte Ltd is seeking a Product Manager to drive business outcomes by taking a product from problem definition through release and continuous improvement. The role involves interviewing stakeholders, crafting proposals, defining success metrics, and creating roadmaps to work with designers and engineers for development, testing, and release.

This fixed-term contract spans 12 months at our Singapore location.

Qualifications

Proven record of driving business outcomes.
End-to-end experience with design and engineering teams to build products.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage high-level stakeholders effectively.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Experience with Confluence, JIRA, Balsamiq is a plus.
CS or PM related degrees or diplomas are a plus.
Certifications like Scrum Master, Product Owner, BAP are a plus.

Responsibilities

Interview stakeholders and users to define problem statements.
Craft proposals to justify resource allocations and secure funding.
Define success measures and set up dashboards to monitor progress.
Identify hypotheses, develop product strategy, and initiatives to drive outcomes.
Create product roadmap and coordinate team to meet goals.
Collaborate with designers and engineers to develop, test, and release product.
Measure outcomes and iterate to improve product.
Engage with users to drive product adoption.
