Activate Interactive Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Project Manager to join our growing team for a 12-month fixed term contract with renewal potential up to 36 months. You will lead end-to-end delivery for enterprise and citizen-facing systems, coordinating across product, design, engineering, and cybersecurity.

Responsibilities include governance, vendor performance, stakeholder communications, and ensuring timely delivery while supporting deployments and after-hours activity.

Competenze

• Experience in building digital products.
• Proven track record delivering products with limited resources.
• End-to-end collaboration with product teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; documentation skills.
• Willingness to work odd hours for deployments or incidents.

Mansioni

• Manage end-to-end delivery across the assigned portfolio of enterprise and citizen-facing systems, including project planning, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, budgets and release coordination.
• Coordinate agile delivery across business, product, design, engineering, operations, cybersecurity and vendor teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
• Manage project governance, vendor performance, stakeholder communications, decision-making and reporting to management and governance forums.
• Coordinate requirements, solutioning, testing, cybersecurity compliance, deployment, operational readiness and transition to business-as-usual support.
• Support production operations, planned after-hours deployments and Severity incident coordination, including follow-up on defects and corrective actions.
• Undertake structured handover and job-shadowing with incumbent officers to preserve system, vendor and business-domain knowledge.
