Job summary

FPT Asia Pacific Pte Ltd is seeking a product manager to drive business outcomes from problem definition to release and continuous improvement. You will interview stakeholders, create proposals, define success metrics, and build dashboards to monitor progress.

You'll work with designers and engineers to ship products, identify hypotheses, craft a roadmap, and drive adoption with users. Strong communication and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven record of driving business outcomes.
• End-to-end experience working with design and engineering teams to build products.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to effectively manage high-level stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively and independently under pressure and prioritize to meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Interview stakeholders and users to understand problem space and define problem statement.
• Craft proposals to justify resource allocations and secure funding.
• Define success measures and set up dashboards to monitor progress.
• Identify hypotheses, develop product strategy, and devise initiatives to drive product outcomes.
• Create product roadmap and work with team to ensure timely achievement of goals.
• Work with designers, software engineers to develop, test and release product.
• Measure outcomes and continuously iterate product to drive outcomes.
• Engage with and support users to drive product adoption.
