FPT Asia Pacific Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Product Manager who can drive business outcomes by taking a product from problem definition through to release and continuous improvement.

You will interview stakeholders, craft proposals, define success metrics, and create roadmaps while collaborating with designers and engineers to build and release the product.

The role requires strong communication, stakeholder management, and the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

Qualificações

• Proven record of driving business outcomes.
• End-to-end experience with design and engineering teams to build products.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to effectively manage high-level stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively and independently under pressure and prioritize to meet deadlines.
• Experience with Confluence, JIRA, Balsamiq is a plus.
• Certifications like Scrum Master, Product Owner or Business Analysis Professional are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Interview stakeholders and users to understand problem space and define problem statement.
• Craft proposals to justify resource allocations and secure funding.
• Define success measures and set up dashboards to monitor progress.
• Identify hypotheses, develop product strategy, and devise initiatives to drive product outcomes.
• Create product roadmap and work with team to ensure timely achievement of goals.
• Work with designers, software engineers to develop, test and release product.
• Measure outcomes and continuously iterate product to drive outcomes.
• Engage with and support users to drive product adoption.
