Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a Warehouse Operator in Tuas for a 12-month contract. You will handle daily warehouse tasks, including receiving, issuing, storing and dispatching materials, with emphasis on accurate documentation and SAP-based transactions.

Responsibilities include inventory checks, stock replenishment, shipment coordination with vendors, and maintaining GMP-compliant housekeeping and safety. Prior logistics experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehouse Operations or related discipline.
• Prior experience in warehouse, inventory or logistics is preferred.
• Experience with SAP is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily warehouse operations, including receiving, issuing, storing and dispatching raw materials, finished goods and packaging materials.
• Ensure proper storage, handling and movement of materials according to warehouse procedures.
• Prepare shipment arrangements and ensure all shipping documents are accurate and complete.
• Perform material sampling, stock replenishment and inventory transactions using SAP.
• Conduct regular stock checks and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors on material deliveries, shipments and waste disposal.
• Perform daily checks and basic maintenance of warehouse equipment to ensure safe operations.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and housekeeping in accordance with GMP standards.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety, quality and environmental health requirements.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency and productivity.
