Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Pharmacy Warehouse Operations Specialist to manage inbound stock, verify orders and maintain accurate inventory of pharmaceutical products. You will process medication orders and perform quality checks to ensure correct packing for delivery.

You will coordinate deliveries to healthcare institutions and patients, monitor stock levels, assist with billing and consumables, and support pharmacy systems and automation projects.

Qualifications

• Qualifications include Nitec or higher, or a related diploma in pharma, healthcare, logistics, or supply chain.
• Experience in pharmacy, healthcare, or warehouse operations is advantageous.
• Able to handle medication orders and inventory accurately.
• Able to commit to a 5.5-day work week, including alternate Saturday half-days.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound stock receiving, checking, repacking and inventory management of pharmaceutical products.
• Process medication orders and prescriptions accurately in accordance with established procedures and standards.
• Perform quality checks on picked medication orders and ensure proper packing for delivery.
• Coordinate medication deliveries to healthcare institutions and patients, including order reconciliation, handover and resolving delivery-related issues.
• Monitor stock levels, perform stock replenishment, cycle counts and periodic stock takes.
• Assist with billing procedures, pharmacy consumables management and general housekeeping.
• Work closely with the IT and informatics teams to support the implementation of pharmacy systems and automation processes.
• Support quality improvement initiatives, operational activities and the training of new staff.
• Perform other ad hoc duties and provide cross-functional support as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Candidates with relevant pharmacy, healthcare or warehouse operations experience will have an added advantage.

• Able to handle medication orders and inventory accurately.

• Able to commit to a 5.5-day work week, including alternate Saturday half-days.
