Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is hiring for a warehouse operative on a 1-year contract in Tuas, Singapore. You will handle daily warehouse operations including receiving, issuing, storing and dispatching materials, ensuring proper storage and movement per procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum Nitec / Higher Nitec / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related disciplines.
• Candidates with relevant warehouse, inventory or logistics experience are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper storage, handling and movement of materials per warehouse procedures.
• Prepare shipment arrangements and ensure shipping documents are accurate and complete.
• Perform material sampling, stock replenishment and inventory transactions using SAP.
• Conduct regular stock checks and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors on material deliveries, shipments and waste disposal.
• Perform daily checks and basic maintenance of warehouse equipment to ensure safe operations.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and housekeeping in accordance with GMP standards.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety, quality and environmental health requirements.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency and productivity.
