Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd is recruiting a Retail Assistant based in Singapore (Changi). The role offers a 4-day work week with 12-hour shifts, with fixed options from 10:00 to 22:00 or 22:00 to 10:00.

Salary comprises a basic 1,400–1,600 SGD plus a 500 SGD incentive and a 100 SGD night shift allowance. Requirements include a minimum N level with 3 credits and at least 1 year of experience in logistics, warehousing, retail, customer service, or hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Handle all duties at the counter, including end-to-end fulfilment for departure and/or arrival orders.
• Receive and process orders on Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Monitor order status and coordinate with merchants and runners for timely fulfilment.
• Maintain records of inventory movements and monitor stock levels; report discrepancies.
• Assist with Rewards membership enquiries, redemptions and marketing campaigns; upsell services.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and service standards.

Retails Assistant

• Singapore Based (Changi)
• 4 Days work per week (12 hours shift, work 2 days and rest 2 days, select 1 fixed shift: 10am - 10pm OR 10pm - 10am)
• Salary: Basic Salary $1400 - $1600 + Incentive Allowance: $500, for 10pm to 10am - Night Shift Allowance: $100

Job scope

Counter Duties

• Handle all duties required at the counter, including end-to-end fulfilment for departure and/or arrival orders.

• Receive and process orders accurately and timely on Warehouse Management System (WMS). Perform thorough check on item description, quantity and customer information.

• Monitor order status and coordinate with merchants and runners to ensure timely fulfilment of orders.

• Maintain accurate records of inventory movements, monitor stock levels at the counter, perform stock counts e.g. PWP, GWP, coupons and report discrepancies promptly.

• Assist with company Rewards membership enquiries, redemptions, and other marketing campaign giveaways as stipulated by CAG. Attend to customers’ enquiries at the counter and upsell commercial services (e.g. Shopping Concierge Services etc.).

• Ensure compliance with SOPs and service standards.

Runner Duties

• Responsible for the transfer, delivery and/or collection of items within terminals (counters, merchants, and NT backroom), ensuring orders are correct and quality checks are performed.

Checker Duties

• Pick, pack and organize items for pick-up or delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of orders

Other Duties

• Perform housekeeping duties and always ensure cleanliness of the counter and backroom.
  Assist with any other duties as assigned by management
