Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Accounts Executive (AP) for an on-site role at 8 Tuas South. Working days are Monday to Friday, 0830AM to 5PM, on a yearly renewable contract with a salary of SGD 2,800 to 3,400 depending on experience.

You will handle supplier invoices in Acctron, perform accruals, monthly reconciliations, bank reconciliations, petty cash, and assist auditors at year-end; other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Incoming supplier invoices, input to Acctron System.
• Accrual listing and input journal entries.
• Monthly creditors SOA reconciliation.
• Outgoing payment (Giro/bank transfer).
• Manage petty cash float.
• Monthly bank reconciliation.
• Half monthly NEA invoice reconciliation.
• Monthly repair & maintenance report of vehicles and compactors.
• Tracking of cashflows.
• Liaise with auditors for interim and year end closing.
• Data entry of job cards, sorting and photocopy of dumping chits.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices and post to accounting system (Acctron).
• Prepare accruals and post journal entries.
• Reconcile monthly creditor statements and bank accounts.
• Process payments and manage petty cash.
