Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Accounts Executive (AP) to manage supplier invoices, journal entries, and reconciliations in a busy Singapore office.

The role requires accuracy, timeliness, and strong organizational skills to support the finance team. Based at Tuas South, the position is a yearly contract (renewable) with a monthly salary range of 2,800–3,400 SGD, depending on experience. Qualifications

• Accounting Diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Input supplier invoices into Acctron System.
• Prepare accrual listings and input journal entries.
• Reconcile monthly creditors' SOA.
• Process outgoing payments (Giro/bank transfers).
• Manage petty cash float.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations.
• Reconcile NEA invoices twice monthly.
• Prepare monthly repair & maintenance reports for vehicles and compactors.
• Track cashflow movements.
• Liaise with auditors for interim and year-end closing.
• Data entry of job cards, sorting and photocopying dumping chits.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.

Job Description

• Incoming supplier invoices, input to Acctron System
• Accrual listing and input journal entries
• Monthly creditors SOA reconciliation
• Outgoing payment (Giro/bank transfer)
• Manage petty cash float
• Monthly bank reconciliation
• Half monthly NEA invoice reconciliation
• Monthly repair & maintenance report of vehicles and compactors
• Tracking of cashflows
• Liaise with auditors for interim and year end closing
• Data entry of job cards, sorting and photocopy of dumping chits
• Any other adhoc duties assign by the superior
