Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. seeks an ACMV Engineer to oversee installation and supervision of ACMV systems at our Changi site.

The role involves coordinating with subcontractors, authorities, and clients to ensure drawings and specifications comply with standards. Ideal candidates have a Mechanical Engineering background, with extensive ACMV knowledge and familiarity with BIM, Revit and AutoCAD. Construction project experience is preferred, and a Senior track may be offered for extensive

Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• Over 10 years of relevant experience may be considered for a Senior position.
• Preferably experience in Construction Industry, especially ACMV system installation.
• Sound knowledge of ACMV System, Local / International Code of Practice / Standard, Green Mark Requirement, Hydronic / Static Calculation, BIM, Revit, AutoCAD (advantage).

Responsibilities

• Monitor and supervise sub contractors’ work progression according to shop drawings, method statements, material and samples.
• Liaise and work with relevant authorities, sub‑contractors, main contractor or clients on shop drawings, materials and samples.
• Review and align ACMV design drawings to ensure compliance with design specifications and guidelines.
• Identify discrepancies between M&E, structural, ID, architectural and client provisions.
• Manage and execute project as per the deadline.
• Attend meetings with subcontractors / contractors / clients to address issues and update progress.
• Study and review drawings, specifications for compliance.
• Allocate work and ensure jobs are correctly and properly achieved within standards and SOP.

5.5 Days | 8.30am - 5.30pm (Mon - Fri); 8.30am - 12.30pm (Sat)

Location: Changi

Salary: $3,000 - $5,800 depending on experience & qualifications
