Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a cost-focused professional to prepare and analyze cost comparisons for tender and projects.

You will obtain quotations, liaise with sub-contractors and suppliers, and perform quantity take-offs and cost estimation for bid submissions. Responsibilities include variation orders, final accounts, and subcontractor payments, plus ensuring timely material orders and cost control.

Qualifications

• 2 years relevant working experience.
• Experience in cost estimation for tenders and projects.
• Liaising with sub-contractors and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze cost comparisons for tender and projects.
• Obtain quotations; liaise with and negotiate with sub-contractors and suppliers.
• Measure quantities, cost estimation, take-offs and submission for tender and projects.
• Prepare variation orders, claims, final accounts, settlements and sub-contractor payments.
• Monitor material order processing and cost control.
• Attend site meetings and submit progress claims.
• Arrange daily delivery; liaise with factory/production and prepare delivery orders for project milestones.
• Monitor progress and ensure delivery to meet project schedule; liaise with site/main contractor.
• Monitor factory production daily activities and worker overtime as required.

Salary: $3500 - $4500

Working Days: Mon - Fri | 9am - 6pm

Working Location: Tuas

Job Scope:

• Prepare and analyze cost comparison for tender and projects.
• Obtaining quotations, liaising and negotiate with sub-contractors and suppliers.
• Responsible for measuring quantities, cost estimation, taking off and submission for tender and projects.
• Prepare variation orders, claim, final accounts, settlements and sub-contractor payments.
• Responsible for material order processing and cost control.
• To attend site meeting and submit progress claims.
• Prepare and arrange daily delivery, liaise with factory/production and prepare delivery order and liaise with site/main con for delivery to meet project schedule.
• Upon completion of each project, to monitor the respective project during the defect liability period.
• Monitor factory production daily activities/Delivery and workers overtime if necessary.
