Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory PTE. LTD. is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee daily finishing works (marble, granite, stone, tiles) at project sites islandwide. You will manage a team, coordinate with contractors, and ensure safety and quality on site. Travel to project sites is required with a 5.5-day work week, Mon–Sat schedule adjustments may apply.

A Class 3 driving license and at least 2 years of site supervision experience in finishing/stone works are required.

Qualifications

• Possess Class 3 driving license.
• Minimum 2 years above site supervision experience in construction, preferably finishing/stone works.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily site operations for marble, granite, stone, tiles laying works
• Manage and direct a team of workers on site to ensure work is carried out safely and to specification
• Liaise with main contractors and consultants on site progress, quality and defects
• Conduct daily toolbox meetings and enforce WSH/safety regulations on site
• Monitor work schedules and manpower deployment to meet project timelines
• Inspect completed works for quality compliance before handover
• Maintain site records, progress reports and material delivery documentation
• Coordinate material deliveries and logistics between warehouse and project sites

Salary: $4000 - $5000
Working Days: 5.5 Days
Working Hours: Mon – Fri (9am – 6pm), Sat 9am – 1pm
Office Location: Tuas (Travel to project side islandwide)
