Job summary

Acne Studios is seeking a Production Coordinator for denim at our Stockholm HQ. You will support the production process from order placement to delivery, collaborating with suppliers and internal teams to continuously improve our ways of working.

The role demands coordinating seasonal denim production, managing timelines, and ensuring quality and sustainability targets are met. Strong English and a background in textiles or fashion are essential, with experience in premium or luxury brands

Qualifications

  • Degree in textiles, business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years' experience in production or product development.
  • Experience from premium or luxury fashion is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of denim production processes.
  • Good costing and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Italian is considered a strong plus.
  • Advanced Excel and MS Office skills.
  • Experience with D365, AX, and/or PLM is meritorious.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate seasonal denim production and deliveries
  • Manage production timelines and critical paths
  • Balance quality, cost, sustainability, and delivery targets
  • Secure supplier capacity for upcoming seasons
  • Support production analysis and process improvements
  • Participate in PPS fittings and supplier follow-up
  • Review shipment samples and quality standards
  • Maintain accurate data in D365 and PLM
  • Partner with Supply Chain on delivery performance
  • Monitor supplier compliance and requirements

As Production Coordinator - denim at our Stockholm HQ, you will support the production process from order placement to delivery, working closely with suppliers and internal teams while contributing to the continuous development of our ways of working.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
