Are you a UX Designer who thrives on turning big ambitions into reality? Do you want to be part of an organization transforming to become truly customer-centric and insights-driven, where your work directly impacts millions of learners across the globe?
We are not the biggest company, but we have massive ambitions. Right now, we are on an exciting journey transforming our organization to become truly customer-focused and data-driven. As our new UX Designer, you will be a key player in bringing our insights to life, shaping our products and driving the future success of our company.
We are looking for a curious, delivery-focused, and collaborative UX Designer who enjoys the agility of a smaller company where decision paths are short and collective drive is high. You love collaborating and are happy to talk with colleagues from customer care, editorial, sales, and marketing. Our conviction is simple: the more we know about the bigger picture, the more likely we are to build the right things.
You will become part of a digital team that builds new products and continuously improves existing ones. Your primary responsibility will be to design the user experience, with support and input from the wider organization.
You will work across different stages of the Product Lifecycle - continuously improving existing products, shaping new features at the concept stage, creating prototypes, meeting users, and conducting user research.
Together with your UX colleagues, you will be responsible for the user experience across our product suite, ensuring clear ownership and alignment.
Please note: This position starts as a fixed-term employment until March 31st 2027, with the clear intention of transitioning into a permanent role
