As a Senior UX Designer at SPLIT Stockholm, you’ll collaborate with our in‑house team and work on innovative projects with clients on‑site. You will play a critical role in crafting intuitive, user‑friendly products and services across multiple platforms. With a keen understanding of user behavior, design trends, and an eye for detail, you will help ensure that every touchpoint of the user experience is impactful and effective.
Lead UX design projects from concept to completion, ensuring a seamless and impactful user experience.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity designs for websites, mobile apps, and other digital platforms.
Conduct user research, testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions and optimize the user journey.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders, to translate user needs into functional designs.
Ensure a pixel‑perfect design across all platforms and touchpoints.
Mentor junior designers and provide guidance in design best practices and processes.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and tools using platforms like Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch.
A highly creative, empathetic, and curious individual with a passion for user‑centered design.
You have an academic background in design (interaction, graphic, product, or related fields) or equivalent experience.
At least 5 years of work experience in UX design, with a portfolio that demonstrates your skills in creating intuitive, beautiful designs.
You are proactive, solution‑oriented, and adaptable to changing environments.
A strong collaborator who enjoys working with cross‑functional teams to bring designs to life.
A deep understanding of user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
