Job summary

NE is seeking a UX Designer to transform ambitious goals into intuitive digital experiences that empower millions of learners worldwide. You will help us become truly customer-centric and data-driven, shaping products and driving success across our portfolio.

You’ll join an agile digital team that values collaboration, rapid prototyping in Figma, and strong user research. You’ll work across the product lifecycle to craft end-to-end experiences and ensure clear ownership across our product suite.

Qualifications

• Have 5+ years of experience in UX Design and applying Service Design methods to understand end-to-end journeys.
• Proficient with prototyping and designing in Figma.
• Experience planning and conducting user research and translating insights into design decisions.
• Experience creating and maintaining a structured, scalable workflow for design production.
• Excellent communication skills in professional English.
• Able to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders and software developers.

Responsibilities

• Design the user experience across the product lifecycle, from concept through to delivery.
• Create prototypes and iterate based on user feedback and research insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including customer care, editorial, sales, and marketing.
• Ensure clear ownership and alignment across the product suite.
