Job summary

Karo Healthcare AB in Sweden is seeking a Head of Transformation & PMO to drive the Value Creation Plan across markets. You will own cross-functional initiatives, build internal capability, and partner with the Group CFO, CMT, Board and investors.

You will lead multi-country programs, establish PMO standards, develop change management skills, and ensure knowledge transfer from external partners to internal teams while maintaining hands-on, pragmatic leadership.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience combining top-tier consulting or transformation with industry delivery.
• Proven track record delivering large cross-functional, multi-country programs with measurable P&L impact.
• Experience building or leading a PMO or transformation office, including people leadership.
• Strong financial literacy: linking initiatives to EBITDA, cash and budget.
• Fluent English; other European languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the Value Creation Plan end-to-end with measurable impact.
• Lead enterprise-wide programs such as Order-to-Cash, Source-to-Pay, and S&OP.
• Build and run a scalable PMO with governance, templates, tools and standards.
• Drive change management and alignment in a matrix organisation.
