Job summary

KPMG Management Consulting in Sweden seeks an experienced Manager to lead engagements transforming supply chains and operations for fast-growing clients. You will blend strategic insight with commercial leadership and team development in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

You will design operating models, optimize footprints, implement new processes and leverage digital tools to drive data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering or related field.
5–8 years of experience from a top tier management consultancy.
Led strategy, transformation and/or performance improvement projects within supply chain or operations.
Fluent in English and Swedish preferred.
Experience with ERP and planning tools is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

Lead engagements to help clients unlock growth through optimizing supply chains and operations.
Support strategy and performance improvement initiatives and lead transformation programs across planning, procurement, manufacturing and logistics.
Coach and mentor consultants and build high-performing teams.
Contribute to development of methods, offerings and go-to-market initiatives.
Identify and develop new business opportunities and manage senior client relationships.
