Job summary

Briljantin Consulting AB is seeking an experienced TMO Planning Specialist to drive integrated planning for a major ERP transformation programme in Lund, Sweden. The role combines strategic programme planning with hands-on analysis, coordination and risk management across multiple ERP rollout projects.

You will coordinate with programme leadership, project managers and delivery teams to maintain an integrated view of progress, resources and risks, ensuring timely and informed decision-making in

Qualifications

Solid experience in programme planning within large-scale ERP implementations or business transformation programmes.
Experience managing complex, integrated plans involving multiple projects and teams.
Strong analytical skills and hands-on experience in resource management, capacity planning and forecasting.
Excellent English communication skills; Swedish is a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain an integrated programme plan covering multiple ERP projects and rollouts.
Establish milestones, planning structures and reporting routines.
Monitor dependencies and risks; forecast delivery issues.
Manage resource allocation, capacity planning and forecasting across teams.
Provide insights to programme leadership for decision-making.
Support scenario planning and replanning when scope or timelines change.
Collaborate with project managers to ensure alignment and successful execution.
