Job summary

Accelerated Growth AB in Stockholm seeks a Transformation Lead / Senior Project Manager to own large transformation journeys from plan to adoption. You will lead cross-functional teams across business, HR, IT and external integrators, ensuring governance, milestones and value creation.

The role focuses on ERP and HR platform deployments, HR transformation initiatives, and leveraging AI to accelerate adoption and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading transformation programs or complex projects in consulting or large organisations.
• Experience delivering change across business and IT with multiple stakeholders.
• ERP/HR transformation platform experience (SAP/Workday/SAP SuccessFactors/Oracle HCM) is a strong plus.
• Practical AI fluency and ability to use AI tools in daily work.
• Strong stakeholder management with senior leadership.
• Structured, pragmatic, business-oriented approach to work.
• Fluent Swedish and English; PMP/PRINCE2/Prosci/ADKAR certification helpful.

Responsibilities

The role

Our clients are running large transformations: new ERP and HR platforms, new operating models and, increasingly, new ways of working with AI. They need leaders who can bring structure, keep business and IT aligned and make sure the change lands with the people who use it. As Transformation Lead / Senior Project Manager, you take ownership of that journey from plan to adoption.

You will:

• Lead transformation programs and complex projects from business case and plan through to delivery and adoption
• Run ERP and HR platform implementations together with business owners, HR, IT and system integrators, with clear governance, milestones and risk management
• Lead HR transformation initiatives such as new HR operating models, HR processes and the move to modern HCM platforms
• Set up and lead steering committees, and give senior stakeholders the information they need to make decisions
• Drive change management so that new processes and tools, including AI, are actually used
• Help clients identify where AI can create real value in their processes and turn the best ideas into practical initiatives
• Use AI in your own delivery to plan, analyse and communicate faster

Your background:

• 7+ years of experience leading transformation programs or complex projects, as a consultant or in a leading internal role
• A track record of delivering change in large organisations with many stakeholders, across both business and IT
• Experience from ERP implementations (for example SAP, Microsoft Dynamics or IFS) or HR transformation platforms (for example Workday, SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle HCM) is a strong plus
• Practical AI fluency: you use AI tools in your daily work and understand what AI can and cannot do for a business
• Strong stakeholder management, comfortable working with steering committees and senior leadership
• A structured, pragmatic and business-oriented way of working
• Fluent Swedish and English
• Certification in project management or change management (PMP, PRINCE2, Prosci or ADKAR)
• Experience from HR, payroll or workforce management processes
• Experience from manufacturing, supply chain, retail or other industries with complex processes
• Experience from consulting and client-facing roles
