Qualifications

• Proven ability to turn strategy into measurable results.
• Experience in business transformation, digitalization, operations, or management consulting.
• Experience from international expansion, industrialization, or technology transfer is a plus.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management.
