Job summary

Mediq is seeking a Test & Training Manager to define and lead the testing and training strategy for major transformation programs, ensuring new systems, processes, and ways of working are fully validated and successfully adopted across the organization.

You will own governance, coordinate testing activities (integration, data migration, acceptance, regression, end-to-end), drive the training strategy and materials, and collaborate with senior business and IT stakeholders to enable smooth

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading testing, training, or business readiness activities within large transformation or ERP programs.
• Strong knowledge of test management methodologies, business process validation, and training frameworks.
• Experience working with ERP implementations and complex cross-functional business environments.
• Ability to influence and collaborate with senior business and IT stakeholders across multiple functions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, workshop facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English and Swedish (spoken and written).
